uma proposta de análise do discurso sobre ciência, ética, cultura, educação e artes do vídeo, com resistências e formas alternativas de organização social na pandemia

Abstract

The contemporary migration crisis intensified by the pandemic is a humanitarian crisis and the (i)migrant-refugee can be thought by the public both as identified to the traveling human and counter-identified to a strange fugitive and its meaning can also slip into others unidentified to the previous ones, that rescue the idea of human value, from the ethical perspective, beyond the supposedly threatening alien in the conception of socially constructed humanity as a global standard, affirming it as a citizen subject, mediated and the capitalist consumer market in the information society. The objective is to propose a critical discursive analysis about digital campaigns about refugees in Brazil. Through a study on the “refugee language” – the verbal and nonverbal language of the subjects in videos and news, before the official narrativity, marked in the historical form-subject of the (i)migrant-refugee – will be undertaken the analysis of materials from personal, audiovisual and virtual collections, based on bibliographic research, explanatory research of registration, analysis and interpretation of data, by non-participant observation, regarding the production of subject-refugee subject subjectivity, in the face of the humanitarian migration crisis during the pandemic, which affects access to education, culture, employment and others. It is considered that information and communication technologies, sometimes imagined as digital means containing campaigns on refugees in the country, or that the social science of communication applied to the video arts, make visible / say / show the exercise of human rights of these subjects, expressing their points of resistance and alternative forms of social organization in the network groups in front of official discourses in the media, in the context of the pandemic.
