This study was conducted with the support of the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) in Brazil. The article analyzes the process of reterritorialization of Haitians in Cuiabá, based on the work of the Center for Pastoral Care for Migrants (CPM). The goal is to understand how the CPM contributed to the reterritorialization of Haitians in Cuiabá. The research was conducted through interviews with Haitians, the CPM coordinator, and a social worker at the institution. The results of the research show that the CPM was essential for the reterritorialization of Haitians in Cuiabá, providing shelter, social assistance, and guidance to newcomers. The CPM also contributed to the formation of solidarity networks among Haitians, which facilitated their integration into the city. The CPM played an important role in the process of reterritorialization of Haitians in Cuiabá, contributing to their social and economic integration. However, the spatial segregation of Haitians in neighborhoods with deficient structures conditioned them to a condition of social vulnerability. The solidarity networks among Haitians were important for their integration into the city, but the state should promote public policies that guarantee the rights and equality of Haitians.
