This text presents the Health Action Psychosocial Service from the Scalabrinian International Migration Network in the city of São Paulo, a psychological service for all type of migrants (immigrants, national ones, refugee seekers, refugees and returned Brazilian migrants), the context of its creation (it’s shown a chart with the first “psy” services in the city) and its theoretical and methodological backgrounds: (1) the phenomenological and existential perspective, standing that professional practices with certain groups can start from the reflected revision of experiences of people that share similar characteristics and, in its technique: the dialogical listening and (2) the “Psychology of Migration”. It’s also described a broad number of situations observed in caring to migrants to São Paulo Brazil from 2001 to 2019. At last, it’s point out a reflection about psychological practice beyond the same institution where the service is part of.
