Abstract

The article proposes to synthesize and review the main international declarations on migrant workers, but which have little international support. This situation makes the right to emigrate fragile since both international declarations and the internal laws of each country do not provide for the right to immigrate. In this sense, many migrants are forced to migrate irregularly, without documentation recognized as valid and their social condition is vulnerable, especially with regard to access to health care.
